Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if it's approved. If approved, store credits will be issued automatically. If you don't receive the store credit within 5 business days, please contact us at shop@mid9ight.com.
